Business Summary: Creators of breakthrough technological products often need help with the process and requirements to effectively and efficiently commercialize their technology and maximize the valuation of their enterprise. Colonial’s members have experience, domestically and internationally, in a multitude of sectors including, but not limited to, life sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare diagnostics, software, hardware, and electronic devices. Our team has successful experience in the business, finance and legal communities and strong experience in early stage fund raising. Our associates have served as CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, strategic officers, consultants and as directors on the boards of public and private companies and universities. Several have served on university faculties followed by careers in industry. Most important, they have worked with entrepreneurs, professors, universities and corporations that have developed technology and assisted in growing that technology into successful and profitable businesses. Services are provided by teams of our associates and need not be limited to any particular technology area. We will assemble an experienced team of our associates as needed to fit projects and construct a compensation plan to fit our client’s needs and goals.
