1)Advising / consulting with those looking to commercialize technology and may include; university professors, administrators and technology transfer offices; industry or government scientists; business/investment personnel and entrepreneurs primarily through individual or small group sessions.Additional services may include (but are not limited to) coaching, one on one planning sessions, seminars, conferences and lectures on all aspects of creation and achieving profitability for technology based companies. 2)Business development activities around any stage of technologies.These may include business plan development, investor presentations, market analyses, partnering, M&A as well as sale of assets.
3)Assistance in establishment of companies (especially with IP from universities), obtaining funding for companies, recruiting senior management and management of early-stage / mid-stage companies. 4)Assisting troubled companies and/or serve as interim executive management to develop a “recovery plan” and/or implement an exit strategy to maximize the value of a technology or company. 5)Marketing/Public Relations to develop strategic positioning and communications programs for corporate and product brands for maximum impact among investors, customers and key audiences. 6)Assistance in fund raising for those seeking capital and contacts with investors.
